    Very nice plugin, my best compliments!!! I need it for a magazine site. I would like to make a list with all categories (last news) but excluding one or more categories from it. How can I do? And is it possible to add also author’s name? I would like to use in all my site, thank you for your answer.

    Great plug in – I think this going to work well for me but a couple of problems/questions 1) I cant get the post images to appear – is there a certain setting I have to use when inserting an image to the post so that it shows up in the sidebar via the plug-in? and 2) Is there a way to remove the posts from the main page – so that the selected category only shows up in the sidebar? http://www.loatis.com

    Hi. This is a great plugin. I’m currently using Genesis Featured Widget Amplified, which does what I need, EXCEPT that I really need a way to have the widget select the primary category of the blog post vs. having to manually select a category (which means that I have to set up a gizillion custom sidebars. If this functionality were possible, it would be a huge help. Any chance there is a way to do that now, or that you may add that functionality in the future? I’ll look forward to your suggestions. Thanks!!

    Ok, this plugin is the answer to my prayers, and I am willing to make a gorgeous donation if these two features are presented:

    1. The possibility to add, by typing, the number of posts to show in each category (example, 53 instead of 20), without a maximum amount limit;

    2. The possibility to NOT list posts on the categories that doesn’t have a post associated to. At the moment all my posts belong to category A, B and D, however, other categories that are already listed in the site shows the posts that do NOT belong to them while they “wait” to be assigned (if sounds confusing, write me a note and I will send you a screenshot).

    Let me know. ;)
